1. Review suggested panels in category/look for ways to combine panels (15 mins)

2. Identify missing topics from category, work in “must-haves” (10 mins)

3. Develop panel ideas and speakers (consider diversity of topics/participants/perspectives) (use whiteboard or laptop) (10 mins)

4. Work out a roughly agreed upon ranking of suggested panels (10 mins)
